All Glory Of Team Rocket Secret Rares Revealed

It was only days before the product launched that the full set of secret rares for the Japanese Glory of Team Rocket's secret rares were leaked during a livestream.

After looking at the set in its entirety, I didn't feel much nostalgia here as Jessie and James are not present on any of the cards. This was quite a shock to myself and many others in the Pokémon community as hoped for a nod to the primary antagonists of the show. My theory here is that it may be a calculated move as the Pokémon Company seems to be pushing its new TV series, and this throwback may not be something they are after. The downside here is that the collectability aspect of this set for many of the OG TCG fans is that they've lost interest in the product.

Another side note, the chase card, Mewtwo, has pretty lackluster artwork. And I was really hoping for a gorgeous illustration with Persian and Giovanni, but I guess the full art will do.
